我的毛孩從第一隻到現在已經第三隻了,都是給陳醫師看診的,我覺得每次他看完診聽他講解玩毛孩的情況後,都會讓我有安心的感覺,所以我非常推薦這家動物醫院,當然醫術一定沒話說的讚

醫師非常親切 但是店內年紀稍長的護士小姐非常有問題 離譜行徑【打錯針,打錯針,打錯針】 說明一下案發經過,110年4/20,14:30、委託我店裡的阿弟仔幫忙送兩隻貓過去打狂犬病疫苗 於上週事先已經確認300/針 也沒有告知有區分300普通狂犬病,1300無佐劑狂犬病 阿弟確認到場有清楚的告知只打狂犬病疫苗 護士小姐詢問是否有帶寵物手冊 當場 阿弟交付手冊,並由醫師將貓帶去施打預防針⋯ 結果針劑打完,打完一隻針,就要收價格2000元,打的是五合一無佐劑,而非狂犬病 現場發現有誤馬上回電話給我們飼主(女) 告知打錯針,並且要收取1700(折扣?) 並給轉帳帳號請我們轉帳 直至飼主(男) 生氣打電話過去店裡詢問為什麼打錯針 在意的不是這點小錢 護士小姐完全不能作主,也一直在推卸責任 問他是否我們阿弟仔有清楚告知要打狂犬病 含糊其詞,想呼嚨帶過,還說當時很忙可能聽錯,最後不行才轉交給醫師 醫師也是一直告知,對貓沒有影響 是本來在預防本上就未來可能要施打的針劑 請我們飼主可以放心 重點是阿弟仔回來後經過求證 當時根本連一個客人都沒有 到底何來的很忙聽錯?? 這種推卸責任的態度是?? 醫師也很會做人,說費用不用了當成送我們 我們也是開業做生意、收入不見得比醫師少 一直以來我們送去打的預防針 有好的都挑好的,都挑醫師建議的 從來也都沒在看價格,缺的不是小錢 而是寵物是我們的家人 所以對於店內打錯針第一處理程序十分不滿 也覺得行徑十分離譜誇張! 打錯針就打錯針 失誤就失誤 做都做了,結果連承擔都不敢 建議該店家得好好考慮用人的部分 最後還是將費用1700轉帳給該店家 原因是醫師的處置態度我們可以接受 錢真的不是問題 既然發生了就是善後 店內護師的處置態度 與店家的交辦制度實在令人不敢恭維 最後,結果去無佐劑狂犬病也沒現貨 還是要等! 有跟醫師相約到貨再去打 礙於打錯針的貓也只能隔兩週後施打狂犬病 最後也只能等! 最後打完約定的狂犬病疫苗 這間店不會再去 最後總結,不是不想花錢 而是我們家貓非必要針劑我們都不打 不是為了省錢,而是貓打完都會病懨懨 常時間都在室內沒有與其他寵物接觸 我們只希望兩隻貓能健健康康! 狂犬病是政府有來函通知一定要打的必要疫苗 所以才有這次事件。 希望店家能修正交辦事項的服務態度 Ps.阿弟回來店後才知道第一時間*護士小姐*要收2000費用 事後醫師來訊告知,1700是推廣價。 才會對價格有所質疑,第一時間收2000元,事後改口1700 還是對該護士交辦還負責任的態度不敢恭維!! 2000就2000、真的是雞毛蒜皮的小錢,只是這個欺瞞態度 這的說,我不會再去!
