切仔麵40算是中規中矩,我不覺得差,由聰也香,但沒有特別吸引我之處,豬耳朵30算平價口感是有點黏性的肉(注意這不是批評)配上軟骨,魯得夠味,沾醬還挺不錯,甜鹹甜鹹剛剛好。 環境不錯,服務態度很好,切滷菜的爺爺挺衛生的還會戴手套,切完還會擦砧板,然後我一走立刻就看到老闆拿著酒精去消毒座位,是我見過最勤勞的一間,值得嘉獎。
