行員一問三不知，然後還會找各種理由，什麼方案還很新之類的，明明就已經一個多禮拜的方案，而且還是續約的方案⋯最後問說可不可以找其他行員，她說其他行員都在忙，然後我就看到兩個行員在櫃檯上聊天⋯
好不容易到了另一個櫃檯，每問一條三個行員就吵一次，根本對規則都不熟，實在不懂行員在尸位素餐什麼⋯
拜託附近還有其他分行，效率高得多，實在不需要在這裡浪費時間，還有辦錯的風險！

Please have other branches nearby, which are much more efficient. There is no need to waste time here, and there is a risk of making mistakes!

明明還有其他人可以服務他們啊
我的櫃檯被他們佔據 被擠到隔壁沒人服務的櫃檯去 等他們清點完再接續服務
重點是兩個大男生還拿電擊棒十分驚悚，體驗很差，造成顧客不必要的驚慌
