A	Akira Nomoto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ate 大麵羹 for the first time. It looks like Japanese Udon, but it does not have chewiness (In Japan, we call it Koshi or pasta's 'al dente'). It is still OK for me. It is Taiwanese style. The soup is very rich with nice broth and fried onion. The stall's owner and a young guy were very kind to me. At last, the price is only TWD30. 初めて大麵羹というものをたべました。見た目はうどん。でもコシがなくて噛むと切れる。すいとんみたい？こういうものだと思うと気になりません。それ以上にスープがおいしかった。出汁がよく効いているし、焦がし玉ねぎがいいアクセントです。店主と若いスタッフ（家族だと思うのですが）がとても親切でした。最後に、これで一杯TWD30。大満足です。 I ate Daian for the first time. The soup stock works well, and the charred onions are a nice accent. The shopkeeper and the young staff (I think it's a family) were very kind. Finally, this is a cup of TWD30. I am very satisfied.
