★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非台中人也會喜歡上的大麵羹，鹼味沒那麼重，這是一家傳統老店家，店家像是家人們，很親切，老式攤車上還有價格平實且選擇多樣的各式現切小菜可以搭配，店面雖然身處在不熱鬧的位置，一頓下來，你可以看到在地人不停的川流，暖暖的古早味，就是這樣帶著人的滋味。
Non-Taichung people will also like the big noodle soup. The alkali taste is not so strong. This is a traditional old store. The store is like family members. It is very friendly. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 媒體炒作來試試看;大麵羹是台中特產就大概那個口味要多難吃多好吃都有點難，不過個人還算蠻喜愛的。這一家的稍嫌水了一點。小菜不便宜喔！不知道是原物料漲價的緣故還是本來就這個量…。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 就跟台中絕大部分的大麵羹差不多，我很少吃到有不好吃的，中午到只剩雞卷、滷豆包、貢丸等小菜，小菜可點半份還不錯
It's similar to most of the big noodle soups in Taichung. I rarely eat anything bad. At noon, there are only side dishes such as chicken rolls, braised bean buns, and tribute balls. It's not bad to order half of the side dishes.
