Ciming Temple is located in Hezuo Street, South District, Taichung City. It was founded by Master Shangsheng Xiayin in 1949. It covers an area of ​​more than 500 square meters. Only one lecture hall was built at the beginning, and the number of believers increased day by day. The Great Hall of the Great Hall was rebuilt the following year. Famous masters were hired to sculpt Buddha statues. The hall was extremely solemn and could accommodate more than 600 people. In 1967, the second-floor hall of Ciming Temple was added. On the day of its completion, the three precepts of the Thousand Buddhas of Protecting the Country were taught, and the three elders of Yinshun, Dao'an, and Yanpei served as the third division. This is the largest scale in Taichung. Pass the precepts. In 1970, the "Buddhist Youth Activity Center" was rebuilt in Ciming Temple, and the Great Master of Thai Buddhism Hua Zong Chang Pujing came to preside over the ground-breaking ceremony on September 15. This was also the first time that Master Pujing Come to Taiwan. After the completion of the Yuantong Hall on October 18, the living Buddha of Ganjurwa was invited to visit the temple abbot of the Great White Umbrella King Kong Dafa. The dojo is a donation for believers in the ten directions, please cherish public property, cherish resources, and do not arbitrarily climb flowers and trees. 9. The tableware and chopsticks used in the temple should be washed by yourself after fasting, and the tableware and chopsticks should be washed carefully and not greasy. 10.
