The drinks are super delicious. Fruit tea is very popular. A cup of 45 yuan compares to other beverage shops. I think their CP value is very good. The staff are also kind. The overall shop feels clean and tidy. I will buy it again if I have a chance. ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As you can see from other reviews the main problem of this place is ignorance of the problems and hostile attitude toward customers. The shop management doesn't apologize for any problems caused and even threatens with calling the police in some cases.
In my case on February 14th, the shop personnel refused to serve the drink with my cup referring to some internal rules. Afterwards, the shop refused to take the plastic cup back because "the customers are dirty" (quote). It was surprising since I was buying the tea for more than 1 year regularly there.
In fact, the franchise doesn't have these rules so this was arranged by the management of this shop which most likely even works there. After making the complaint at 行政院消費者保護會 I received the answer that these rules are indeed against the plastic garbage policy of the country and I really hope this shop will be inspected.
Just avoid this place. There are plenty of other shops on this street.
