這則評論無關老闆或師父的技術或服務,只是今天到場的感受與經驗 依照google關於商家上的說明,在車勢網進行線上預約,也依據預約簡訊,在預約時間內抵達現場出示簡訊說明有預約維修,不過遇到的第一個員工不知道有線上預約,第二個也不知道,後來老闆有出來說明了 整體感覺是滿尷尬.無言.無奈的 最後我決定車子不檢修了,所以不知道老闆跟師傅技術如何 我想,以後不論保養或檢修,還是先用電話預約溝通比較不會造成困擾 另外,還有一個感受上的問題,老闆聽我陳述車子的情形後,老闆以他的經驗告訴我,說他覺得這不是問題 當下我放心很多,我跟老闆解釋我不懂車子,所以我以為車子出問題了要檢修, 也許老闆很好心的想替我省錢,但一直跟我說拆車子檢查他很尷尬要不要收費等等...這些話其實很傷人, 我的觀念是 檢測不管有沒有問題,師傅的工錢跟技術跟經驗,是一定要付檢測費用的,這是對專業的尊重 我沒有堅持要拆開檢查,我也沒說若車廠想拆開檢查我不付費 ,所以老闆一直重複說了好幾次那些話,聽在耳裡真的很無奈
