★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 打電話上去請人下來開門，護理人員說沒問題，等了30分還沒有人下來開門，又打電話上去詢問，又說護理長不在，沒辦法開門....搞不懂為什麼一開始不說清楚
I called up and asked someone to come down and open the door. The nursing staff said that there was no problem. After waiting 30 minutes, no one came down to open the door. Then I called up to ask and said that the head nurse was not there and there was no way to open the door... say clearly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這是一間非常用心以及非常好的護理之家，在照顧病人方面，我覺得他們的看護以及護理人員都做到了視病如親，我的父親在杏德護理之家被照顧的非常不好，原本我以為長期臥病的病人會逐漸消瘦以及臉色不好，但是宏恩護理之家讓我打破了這個觀念，把我爸爸照顧的臉色紅潤和逐漸復胖，如果家中不幸有需要安養的家人，我個人非常推薦宏恩護理之家！
This is a very dedicated and very good nursing home. In terms of taking care of the patients, I think their nursing staff and nursing staff have treated the sick like relatives. My father was very badly taken care of in the Xinde Nursing Home. At first, I thought that patients who were ill for a long time would gradually lose weight and look bad, but the Hong En Nursing Home made me break this concept, and my father’s face looked ruddy and gradually regained weight. If unfortunately there are family members in need of care , I personally highly recommend Hong En Nursing Home!
