心血來潮點了皮蛋瘦肉粥,真是傷心呀! 皮蛋是冷的,直接放在外帶紙碗底部,再倒入沸騰的粥品,沒有煮過,怎會有皮蛋的香味呢? 而且看到紙碗更是訝異,比外面的紙碗似乎更小,而且一碗65元,台中南區吃過了七八間皮蛋瘦肉粥,這家真的讓我最傷心耶! 不會再來了

本人已於此處用餐多年(七、八年),從一份55元到現在65元。原本的女老板和她先生幾年前頂讓店舖給現在的經營者後,我個人感覺是每況愈況下,口味湯道不佳,食材不新鮮,蛤蜊臭掉,實在覺得下次不會再光顧了。其實現在的經營者也是要做生意、養家活口,但真心希望他們可以加點油,用點心,價格都漲了,品質不進反退。做飲食的,客人很快可以察覺出店家是否用心。

雖然店名為鍋燒意麵,但生病了就想吃粥呀~看起來小小一碗55元,粥裡有肉絲,皮蛋,油條,料很多,當下吃完是蠻飽的,只是粥本來就消化比較快,晚上容易餓...粥的口味清淡,重口味者,可自行添加胡椒,辣椒等。 二訪選擇了鍋燒意麵,湯頭好喝,料也可以,只是麵真的很少,比粥還吃不飽。
