★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 掛號的時候完全沒告知現在因為疫情所以不接受看診，等到掛號完進去診間醫生才告知目前不接受看診只會開藥回去給你吃，連口罩都沒拿下來看診，開個藥拿完就可以離開，口腔傷口的狀況及原因本來就是要醫生看診才清楚，如果這樣我去藥局買藥就好，為何還要來掛號?掛號的時候也沒告知，真的極度不推薦!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 曾經妹妹因為長唇皰疹而就近看診，醫生讓她進診間檢查、問診，看病之後獲得有效且快速的改善。今日同樣是因為受唇皰疹困擾的本人，到現場掛號等看病，卻無法進診間檢查、問診，突然被告知到隔壁間，醫生只看一眼就說會開藥跟藥膏，一句解釋都沒有就離開，感受非常不好！詢問細項還需透過櫃檯護理師才能問到醫生本人。詢問可以如何改善或者根治，只得到一句可以打疫苗，就結束了。請問醫生是在趕下班嗎？其他看診的人一樣是花200元，一樣的sop為何對待方式不同？防疫期間的關係？還是有其他原因？
