6/11早上約9點多的時候把車開去福特九和汽車-復興保養廠保養,因為沒有事先預約的關係,工作人員表示可能沒那們快幫我做,要等到下午後才有時間幫我做了,我說沒關係我的車子可以放兩天,等有空的時候在幫我保養就好,於是跟人員確定好保養內容後我就先離開了,回去後想了一下,在中午12點多的時候致電保養廠,表示O3臭氧清淨機和光觸媒奈米銀抗菌防護先取消不要做好了,但工作人員表示在早上10點多的時候就已經先做好那兩項了耶(我心想不是說要到下午才有時間幫我保養嗎?),想說既然都說做好了那就算了,只是我蠻想知道那個到底是在做什麼?所以表示我要馬上過去看看事做了什麼?工作人員說好,但卻在1個多小時後又致電給我說O3臭氧清淨機那個還沒做就先幫我取消了,但是光觸媒奈米銀抗菌防護因為已經做好了所以沒辦法取消,我說好,那我明天再去牽車。 6/12下午約4點40的時候我去保養廠表示我要來牽車的,但工作人員跟我確認完身分後就向我表示車子放在外面,要我自己去找,然後檢查沒問題後就可以去櫃台結帳了(當時我有點錯愕,所以我是自己一個人去找車然後自己檢查你們的保養內容?)但想說可能大家都很忙就沒再多想什麼了。找到我的車後看到外觀,在打開看內部著實嚇到,這跟我昨天把車牽過來時候的髒亂程度有什麼兩樣?但後來又說服自己畢竟人家沒跟我們收清潔費阿,所以我也沒說什麼?錢包拿著就去結帳了,信用卡結帳完回到車上後,再次檢查內部,越想越不對,於是進去向工作人員詢問光觸媒奈米銀抗菌防護的施工內容。工作人員表示他們會用一罐光觸媒奈米銀抗菌防護的瓶裝噴霧對車內所有開車容易觸摸到的地方進行噴霧和擦拭,像是方向盤、排檔桿位置、四扇車門內部、手把、電動門開關處等等的地方進行徹底的清潔,效力大概可以維持半年之久。待我了解完後我就立馬對工作人員表示,清潔的完成度(如圖),在我看來好像是連擦都沒擦過,但工作人員向我表示他們都有擦過,只是可能沒擦的那麼仔細而已,擦拭完畢一樣如圖顯示,我再次請教那像駕駛座左邊的下面那個部位看起來好像連擦都沒擦過,我平常鞋子梯到的地方還有髒污的痕跡耶,工作人員表示那個擦過後還是會有痕跡,於是我立馬用一般濕紙巾擦過一次,並等待5-10分鐘乾後,再問工作人員為什麼我擦完乾後卻沒有留下痕跡(如圖最後),工作人員只又說了一次,可能他們沒有擦得很仔細。 OK!那我最後問你三個問題? 1、你們有做光觸媒奈米銀抗菌防護的清潔擦拭並做得很好? 2、你們有做光觸媒奈米銀抗菌防護的清潔擦拭但沒有做得很仔細? 3、你們根本沒有做光觸媒奈米銀抗菌防護的清潔擦拭? 工作人員一樣確信的向我說2,他們有做只是沒有做得很仔細,那好的,因為這部分我可能第一次做,所以我想問一下大家,這圖片看起來像是有做過清潔擦拭的樣子嗎? 車子的內外觀都沒有做基本的清潔就算了,畢竟沒收錢,但今天那個光觸媒奈米銀抗菌防護的部份我也完全看不出來做在那裡?但還是有跟我收880和670的工資,這部分合理嗎? 然後最後又改口跟我說他們那個光觸媒奈米銀抗菌防護只有用噴的而已,並沒有擦拭,我又問有噴過我為什麼都看不出來?工作人員回我說因為他們那個藥水只有用噴得而已,而且揮發的很快,我問他如果我現在馬上再用藥水噴過一次但是不是長現在這樣呢?他又回不出來?只說不然要退我錢,我說既然你確定你們有做這項目那為什麼又要退我錢?他只說了聲抱歉而已?所以如果今天我沒有詳細做檢查的話那當消費者是盤子?這樣合理嗎?
