★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次買花感謝醫師的醫治，是一個很不好的經驗，老闆問我預算多少2000，老闆跟我說幫你用白蘭花還跟我說醫生也是穿著白袍看病，也沒有拿白蘭花的圖片給我看現場也沒有實際盆栽，回診當天看到別的診間外大家的花不是紅色就是採用綠色植物答謝，醫生並沒有很喜悅，感覺我們是很勉強的感謝他，我們對這些不是很懂若老闆能在多加說明通常都是送紅色的或者是綠色也可以，我們也願意在加一些錢，我們當事人花了錢沒有達到讓醫師喜悅，真完全沒有達到送禮送感謝的效果。店家賺錢，沒有在多建議消費者。

另外，當天也跟老闆娘談到孩子的教養，老闆娘用過來人的經驗分享，讓我覺得〝這間花店已經不只是花店，而是可以增加自己見聞/經驗的地方〞。
