Almost all of the octopus balls made by the proprietress are freshly made, so they are not as hard as the octopus balls from other Japanese boats. The thin and crispy skin with soft fillings is very delicious! It's the best Japanese boat takoyaki branch I have ever eaten. Every time I go back to my mother's house, I want to have one.
