111/01/01這次到台中租機車,雖然已經車況無爭議的還車了,但過程讓我感到非常生氣且傻眼,竟然要我一定要留雙證件,否則不給租車(老闆直接說,妳可以不租。),還要我另外繳$97元的保險費。我這次是真的非得要用車不可,否則我真的不能接受。後來因為我還要辦入住需要證件,他們竟然要我留壓我兒子的雙證件,不是影印而已,而是雙證件都要留正本。事後回來,打去消保會詢問,他們這樣是錯誤的做法,現在個資法他們不能壓我們的證件,只能留影本且要備註“僅供租車使用”,大家要注意了! 他們不知是有過什麼糾紛,很怕客人把他們機車怎麼了,說這樣對他們才有保障,但我的保障呢?讓我感到他們沒有企業精神,很自私。我也擔心他們拿我們的雙證件去做什麼,會不會有人怠忽職守呢?接電話小姐很客氣,所以我從台中火車站趕過去,頭先態度很好,後來我都快一小時,連廁所都說不能借,後來是老闆不好意思才說借我,後來保險一直認證不行,變成我就沒有保險。但其實台南那邊借車,費用是內含保險的,且有手機架。老闆還說,我們這裡是台中吼。其實台中火車站那邊也是像台南那邊一樣做法啊!我已經懶得跟他們解釋了! ????????????? 反正,整個借車過程我是非常不開心的,要不是急用,我真的不會冒險。 還車時更是經典,處理的男服務員竟然說,小姐我們是滿油借,滿油換車唷,我更生氣了,他們租我這車是見底的,我騎出去才發現,急忙找加油站加油,還沒有附手機架,我還要邊騎邊看導航。我生氣的說,你請昨天的小姐來,他才打電話確認,才跟我道歉。接著確認車子無誤。還我兒子的雙證件,簽名單據,我才能離開。 總之,這樣的經驗,鑒於我是在地導遊,我一定要將此經歷告訴大家。 大家無論到哪租車,都要注意。以此為戒。

租車當天因為車行人員以及車子調度問題,原本約定的租車時間延後了,加上門口施工油漆,我們在外原地等近一小時,沒有人接待,後面行程就Delay了沒有全部走完。 原本是滿生氣的,覺得怎麼可以約定好的時間一延再延,加上在外罰站曬太陽,大家都有情緒,我們等的很心急原本都想直接找其他車行了。 幸好後來趕回來的服務人員,以及幫忙聯絡的店長,有妥善危機處理,態度也很積極友善,整體車況也很不錯。 所以還是會推薦朋友的? 只希望店家之後有不可抗的原因時,可以清楚告知客人溝通協調,確認真正可以如期提供車子,才能定案。 不然萬一真的是有很重要的事情需要處理,延遲了真的不是補償就能補回來的了。
