看了留言和評分,才確定感受很差不是我個人的問題,這店從開幕到現在除了空間寬敞,真的沒有別的優點可以讚美。 取貨速度很慢,結帳愛理不理,人員訓練熟悉度差,很早前有次消費,結帳時用電子支付,遇到店長和我說這人新來的不好意思,但旁邊二三個人在聊天也不見店長協同人員快速消化問題,我只能站在櫃台乾等,最近除了一兩次有個晚班男服務人員還滿積極之外,其他真的無言到沒形容詞來形容這些荒謬了,遇過幾個不同的女服務人員,但普遍像活在另一個平行宇宙。人員流動的很快,店長管理和溝通都有問題,地理環境和空間都很好,真的可惜了。 非不得已應該是都不會想進這間店了。

原本對於新店會有期待,殊不知從開幕到現在那麼長時間了,一點進步都沒有,因為需要寄貨的關係常常光顧,店員們經常聊天聊得很開心,2-3人就在櫃檯卻當客人不存在,還遇過手牽手倒垃圾放空城。 不曉得老闆是開興趣的還是怎樣,還是收一收吧:)

1/26晚上去取貨,已經自己乖乖拿好貨了站在櫃檯,兩個男店員在收銀機前不聞不問也不幫我刷條碼,愛理不理態度又隨便又差。大家快來這家寄貨取貨!領教一下店員有多奇葩!

店內裝潢擺設、販售商品及用餐區都沒什麼太大問題,而且還提供廁所給人方便, 但最大問題在管理方式及店員,如下: 1. 每次進店家櫃檯都沒人,等許久也是不會有人出來,還需要輕聲呼喚,店員也不是在忙只是在裡面用電腦。 2.然後不管哪一個店員,幾乎都是面無表情不會招呼,就算福順公園旁全家人家至少會說個歡迎光臨謝謝光臨,目前去了這麼多家超商,就你們這一家的體驗感覺最差。 3.取貨人數眾多時,店員忙著找貨加結帳,然後店長在旁邊看,雖然沒有穿制服,可能上班時間還沒到,但身為店長,確有辦法在旁邊看著大排長龍的客人,然後說說笑笑,不來幫忙,我也是服了這個店長。 整體就是管理體系一整個都有問題,看是不是要換個店長,店員從新訓練或規定,不然再這樣下去,真的凶多吉少啊,購買體驗真的非常的差,拜託加油好嗎
