★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日下午4點左右到門市想申辦新門號,因申辦的手機是要送給長輩使用,當下有請問女店員是否可以不要拆封(因為要送人的),在女店員告知不行後,突然從倉庫走出一名男店員,竟直接開口跟我說如果不拆封我辦完後就不繳月租費然後把手機拿去賣換現金呢?說話的語氣非常的不好,我當下對該名男員工的行爲感到非常的驚訝,原本幫我服務的女店員沒有制止他同事的言行就算了還跟他一搭一唱,讓我感到非常錯愕,當下我只想趕快辦一辦後走人,結果這2個員工又進倉庫竊竊私語後,直接告訴我我要的手機它們這個區域完全調不到貨,還叫我去找別間特約店辦理。
我最後是滿頭問號的走出這間店的,難道這就是台灣大哥大直營門市的員工素質嗎?言行舉止談吐一點都看不出來有受過任何訓練,還當著顧客的面前說出質疑顧客的言語,又叫顧客去別間辦理。
我只是非常單純想去辦理一支手機送給長輩當生日禮物,竟然還要被店員做假設性的懷疑讓我心裡感到很不是滋味,希望今天我遇到的這個情況該店主管應該檢視一下監視器畫面,看看這2個員工是怎麼招呼顧客的,今天再貴店的境遇真是讓人傻眼!

The tone of the speech was very bad. I was very surprised at the behavior of the male employee. The female clerk who had served me didn’t stop his colleague’s words and deeds, and even sang with him, which made me feel very surprised. At the moment, I just want to do it quickly and leave, but after these two employees went into the warehouse again and whispered, they directly told me that the mobile phone I wanted was completely unavailable in this area, and asked me to find another special store. Go through.
I finally walked out of this store full of question marks. Is this the quality of the staff at the outlets directly operated by Big Brother in Taiwan? I can't tell that I have received any training in my words, deeds, and conversations. I also speak in front of the customers questioning the customers, and ask the customers to go to another place.
I just want to handle a mobile phone as a birthday gift for my elders, but the hypothetical suspicion made by the clerk makes me feel very uncomfortable. I hope the store manager should check and monitor the situation I encountered today. You can see how these two employees greet customers. The situation in your store today is really dumbfounded!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 剛去要解約一直沒使用的門號!繳完費用告知要稍等20分鐘才能解約!20分鐘後再度辦理解約卻告知不是在本店申辦的門號在這裡解約會害他們被扣分!一開始說不就好了浪費我的時間!
