我當然清楚，而且我也不會特意選擇紅牌，只要溝通上可以接受，技術上也滿意，這是合眼緣問題，服務業怎麼能隨意批判客人是怎樣的人呢？也沒人願意找傲嬌，服務差，口氣不好的人來觸碰自己頭髮吧？
