湯的部分表現普通，並沒有特別讓我感到驚艷
麵線偏硬，不會特別軟爛，但本人喜歡吃軟一點的哈哈
但是肉都非常好吃，麻油雞的肉是雞腿肉，不會乾柴
鴨肉去骨，香氣濃厚
燙青菜調味不會過油過重，非常剛好，吃得到蔬菜本身的甜味
