★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 檯面乾淨、調味很香，對於喜歡吃辣的我來說，這攤的辣調得剛剛好，很符合我的喜好！脆腸處理得很好，讓不敢吃腸類的我都敢試試，而且覺得脆脆的口感很不賴～招牌高麗菜和米血也都很入味，整體CP值頗高，會再來光顧的！

第一張照片是酸菜給你給到爽的示意圖，第二張是一百元份量示意圖。
米血10黏軟好吃，香片豆干10偏硬我下次可能會買軟的，高麗菜20好吃而脆爽，雞胗10有口感但不硬很剛好，辣脆腸30給四根中規中矩，鴨肝10兩大塊吃爽爽而且配上醬汁不顯腥，杏鮑菇10脆爽讚讚。
絕對是我台中必推的便宜宵夜。

The chicken gizzard 10 has a taste but not hard and is just right. The spicy crispy sausage 30 gives four It is quite satisfactory. Two large pieces of duck liver 10 are refreshing and not fishy with the sauce. Pleurotus eryngii 10 is crisp and refreshing.
It is definitely a cheap supper that I will recommend in Taichung.

不只脆口還很多汁
各個食材都保有自己的味道
再覆蓋上特別醬料 給了另一層味蕾感受
