蛋餅切成好幾段，蔬菜有高麗菜、九層塔、洋蔥等，本身就有醬油膏在蛋餅內，餅皮屬於薄皮有嚼勁的，搭配滿滿的蔬菜吃就是剛剛好！餐盤上每一小缽的份量都不會少，很足夠搭配主食餐點。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 好吃的素食餐點，點了元氣飯糰套餐，菜色搭配漂亮，使用的盤子也很有日本風的味道，建議從小菜吃起，等飯糰最後剩下一點時，可以把小黃瓜的醬汁（百香果）加入在飯內，又是不一樣的風味，值得來吃。
