忠信市場三官大帝廟 - Taichung City

There are two furnaces for worshipping the Three Officials. There is a small temple in Zhongxin Market.

The "Three Officials" are: Emperor Yao was born in Shangyuan (the 15th day of the first month of the lunar calendar), to be a heavenly official, and the Lord blessed; Emperor Shun was born in the Zhongyuan (the 15th day of the seventh lunar month) as a land official , The Lord Jie E; Emperor Yu was born in Xia Yuan (the fifteenth day of October in the lunar calendar) as a water official and the Lord saves suffering. It comes from the people's natural worship of heaven, earth and water. Under the seat of the temple is guarded by Lord Tiger. This temple is the center of faith for market residents. The "Sanguan Great Emperor Temple" plaque was signed in Ding Simian, 1977, about 40 years ago. On the right side of the plaque "Shen's Grace Guangbei" "Zhu Zhongxin Market Three Officials' New Temple Completion Commemoration" Mayor Lin Bairong, "Jiji Year Midwinter Jidan", that is, 1989, about 30 years ago. At present, the temple is managed with the help of neighbors, and every year the Three Officials will be "held tables" to celebrate the birthday.

Located in the center of the market, watching the market change every day, there is a special sense of story. If the temple can provide an explanation, it may be combined with local development and become a new symbol.
