很差的消費經驗,在貴公司網購了2支摺疊傘,貨到後覺得傘面不夠大想退貨,依照官網售後服務的指引,點進官網右下角的信箱留言申請退貨,幾天過去沒人回應,再留一次,還是沒人回應,於是撥打貴公司電話,轉客服分機不通,轉總機後,我陳述了一遍問題,總機要我留電話請客服回電,等了一天,沒人聯絡我,我再打客服,一樣不通,轉總機幫我轉客服,我又說了一遍退貨的事情,結果又幫我轉一次,最後,應該是真正客服的小姐接了電話,我說了我的問題,又說了進官網右下角的信箱沒人回,但小姐好像不知道有信箱留言這個機制,又強調她才剛上班還沒處理,我不知道這位小姐是新進剛上班,還是當天剛上班,總之她要我把雨傘寄回去,隔天我把傘寄回後,在貴公司的Messenger留言已寄回,並附上寄件證明,又過了幾天,依舊沒人理我,哈囉,貴公司有人上班嗎??雖然只是幾百塊的雨傘,但很多網路商家連幾十塊的交易都很重視,真是差勁又傲慢的服務態度。

更新 有處理換新滑鼠,算是負責。 買到有瑕疵的b115滑鼠打電話到總公司說可以維修,要附上運費喔!兩三個禮拜無下文,打電話詢問才把滑鼠寄回,電話中說不可維修會寄新的,但不是原本買的黑色可以接受嗎?我說只要滑鼠可以正常使用顏色不在乎,收到了滑鼠是我原本故障的,想說修好可以用就算了,誰知道用了第三天又給我掛掉,我真是為了這399的滑鼠要不厭其煩的詢問滑鼠怎麼了?沒有經過耐用測試就販售嗎?一天到晚在問客服處理這個滑鼠,奉勸大家要買之前三思,然後我可能是機王吧!在疫情警戒三級的時候跟pchome買的滑鼠20天才送到。送總公司維修兩個多禮拜才寄回,一來一往早就超過所謂的保固期了!我會記得這個有故事的滑鼠的!
