★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty bland, the beef has a blood taste in it, preferably imported low grade US beef. The noodles are udon, not your usual beef noodles.
At 140twd, the white soup didn't have a defining taste, and I was still hungry afterwards.
There's only 5 items on the menu, with some assorted side dishes. No service whatsoever. Not really sure why I'm eating with a throw-away wooden chopstick and plastic spoon for a price like this.

You don’t find beef noodles cooked in these kind of soup very often. And the fried egg served with Thai-ish sour sauce is also pretty rare. The flavor is really amazing but they only offer disposable chopsticks... and the quality of the chopsticks is so poor. What a bummer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent non traditional (if you can call it that) beef noodles. This shop served light colored bone broth as opposed to the dark broth found in most beef noodle shops. Small dishes were well made.
Given price, portion size of noodles was ok but varied for the small dishes.
Worth a try!
