★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次去金門玩,帶著未滿兩歲的半獸人,不敢參加跟團的行程,怕半獸人在車上大哭大鬧,於是報名了私人小團(四大一小),要遇到好的導遊真的可遇不可求,這次華府的張導遊讓我覺得很貼心又專業,不僅每天都拿小玩具或是小零食給半獸人,還幫忙顧半獸人,完全沒購物行程下把金門玩好玩滿,幾乎把古蹟都看過一遍並詳細專業的解說每個古蹟或坑道背後的歷史,還不時的主動幫忙拍照,有機會一定會再找華府服務!

There was no shopping itinerary at all. Let’s play in Kinmen and have fun. I have seen almost all the monuments and explained the history behind each monument or tunnel in detail and professionally. I also take the initiative to help take pictures from time to time, and I will definitely look for Washington service again if I have the opportunity!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為華府旅行社刻意隱藏在 KKDAY 上的負面評價,只留下給予五顆星的旅遊評價,導致一開始被誤導而定了KKDAY上的行程,事後將自己經歷到的不愉快經驗反映給華府旅行社,卻沒有得到妥善的回應,只得到對方避重就輕的回應,只好將經驗反映於此,避免日後有人跟我們一樣受害,破壞出遊心情、讓外籍友人感到失望之外還替台灣形象扣分。
2020年10月24日參加由KKDAY與華府旅行社合作的阿里山一日遊(由台中市區出發),司機兼導遊的張先生先是很不客氣地警告友人不准叫他司機,要稱呼他為『張先生』。然後在山路行程中因為友人暈車想吐需要下車休息,張先生一直不斷擺臭臉表示不能多做停留,不然會耽誤到回程時間。整個旅程中沒有進到導遊責任,只有在上車時自我介紹跟到達阿里山時拿了園區路線圖建議我們自行行走的路線,按照指定時間回到集合地點後,我們表示想要買紀念品跟買水到車上喝,張先生立刻面露不悅,不願意讓我們去便利商店。回程的山路因為暈車想吐主動要求了兩次張先生,表示想要中途休息一下,張先生在我們第二次要求休息後,就建議我們到嘉義高鐵站自行搭高鐵回台中,不然會耽誤到他把車交回旅行社的時間。整個行程中,只見到他神色緊張一直擔心自己會無法準時回到公司,卻沒有為旅客的權益跟心情著想,因他的嚴肅及臭臉,讓我們都深深覺得很不舒服,外國友人私下問我們,為何司機態度這麼差?!因為此次旅遊是與三個外籍友人同行,深深覺得張先生的行為不僅為 貴旅行社蒙羞,也有損台灣形象。
此外,一開始看到網站介紹有寫可以提供中文、英文或日文的介紹,因為我們是與不同國籍(美國及日本)的友人出遊,訂購時希望能有英語的導遊,但卻被客服回絕說:「現在沒有英文導遊,只能提供中文」一問之下客服說是因為 Covid-19 的關係都沒有外籍旅客來台,所以他們暫時取消英文導遊服務(雖然不是很懂這之間的關聯,不知是否因為疫情的關係,原本具備英文能力的導遊被迫留職停薪或暫時取消合作?!)但由於外國籍友人都來台一段時間且具備基本中文能力,所以我們就接受了,但沒想到退一步接受中文導遊卻換來一個如此不專業,完全沒盡到導遊責任的人:(

On October 24, 2020, I took part in a one-day tour of Alishan (departed from Taichung City) co-operated by KKDAY and Washington Travel Agency. The driver and tour guide, Mr. Zhang, first warned friends not to call him the driver, but to call him "Mr. Zhang". Then during the mountain road trip, he needed to get off and rest because his friend felt motion sickness and nausea. Mr. Zhang kept making a stink and said that he could not stop more, otherwise the return time would be delayed. There was no tour guide responsibility during the whole journey. We only introduced ourselves when we got on the bus and took the route map of the park when we arrived at Alishan and suggested that we should walk on our own route. After returning to the meeting place at the specified time, we expressed that we wanted to buy souvenirs and water When we drank in the car, Mr. Zhang immediately became unhappy, unwilling to let us go to the convenience store. On the mountain road on the return trip, he asked Mr. Zhang twice because of motion sickness and nausea, expressing that he wanted to take a break. After we asked for a break for the second time, Mr. Zhang suggested that we go to Chiayi High Speed Rail Station and take the high-speed train back to Taichung on our own, otherwise it will be delayed. Time for him to return the car to the travel agency. Throughout the trip, he was nervous and worried that he would not be able to return to the company on time, but he did not consider the rights and mood of the passengers. Because of his seriousness and stinking face, we all felt very uncomfortable. Foreign friends privately. Ask us, why is the driver's attitude so bad? ! Because this trip was accompanied by three foreign friends, I deeply feel that Mr. Zhang's behavior not only humiliates your travel agency, but also damages Taiwan's image.
In addition, at the beginning, I saw that the introduction of the website can provide introductions in Chinese, English or Japanese, because we are traveling with friends of different nationalities (the United States and Japan). We hoped to have an English guide when ordering, but the customer service refused to say : "There is no English-speaking tour guide at the moment, only Chinese is available." When asked, the customer service said that because of Covid-19, no foreign tourists came to Taiwan, so they temporarily canceled the English-speaking tour guide service (although they don’t understand the connection. I don’t know if it is because of the epidemic that tour guides with English ability were forced to stay without pay or temporarily cancel cooperation?!) 當天早上飄著細雨我到與司機(導遊)約定的地點,因為我不是訂的人,完全不知道司機(導遊)叫甚麼名子,我笑容滿面地跟他打招呼,說:司機我可以先進去嗎?他沒正眼看我,沒回應,我再招呼了一下,他搖下窗,很不悅的神情說:我姓張,我不叫司機..........................,然後我自己滑開那沉重的廂型車門上車,我當場胃縮了一下,覺得很害怕,想說怎麼會遇到這種人,帶領我們一整天的旅行,感受非常差,中途如果我失言叫司機,這位張先生就不會理我,他不知道在堅持甚麼一直用他的不悅態度,糾正我們不能叫他司機。有一次我不小心叫他司機我還主動跟他道歉。感覺好像是我們在服務他一樣。
之後到了阿里山他只跟我們畫了地圖,講解一下可以去哪裡,就離開我們去休息了車票也是我們自行購買,他還一直叮嚀我們要開購票證明!搞得好像我們是它的員工一樣。
回程朋友因身體不舒服下車休息,不到三分鐘,司機(導遊)就說要不要載他去嘉義高鐵站請他坐高鐵回台中,因為這樣會來不及趕回公司,雖然我們知道拖到他的時間,但不知道為什麼他說話的口氣就令我們感到很不舒服,覺得我們一有事情就要被他拋棄的感覺。
希望貴公司能夠在員工符合公司規定與旅客玩得開心盡興中,取到一個平衡。
另外說一個優點就是司機(導遊)開車的技術很不錯,不會急煞,也不會開太快,讓我們覺得很安心(開車技術方面)。

In less than three minutes, the driver (tour guide) asked him to take him to the Chiayi High-speed Rail Station and ask him to take the high-speed rail back to Taichung, because it would be too late to rush back to the company, although we know it will be delayed.
