★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這間燒肉店是台中蟬聯兩屆米其林一星餐廳「俺達の肉屋」的二店，
裝潢很有日式居酒屋的味道，
用餐氣氛頗為熱絡，
低消每人800元，用餐時間2小時，
加一成服務費。
店員很貼心，每一道肉品在上烤台前
都會先擺放好在桌上讓我們拍照
這一點實在是大大的加分啊
除了肉質鮮美以外
最令我印象深刻的就是醬料了
搭配的佐料可以選擇蔥花或山葵，
個人強烈推薦後者，細緻的風味好似現磨的，
也比較沒有刺激的嗆鼻味。
搭配一杯生啤真的太享受啦

我推薦蔥玉拌飯
滿滿的蔥花與一顆溫泉蛋，
看似簡單卻有著不平凡的美味

 This roast meat restaurant is the second restaurant in Taichung's two consecutive Michelin-starred restaurant "Ada's Meat House".
The decor is very Japanese-style izakaya.
The dining atmosphere was quite lively.
Minimum consumption is 800 yuan per person, meal time is 2 hours,
Add 10% service charge.
The clerk is very attentive, every meat is before the grill
will be placed on the table first for us to take pictures

What impresses me the most is the sauce.
The matching seasoning can choose green onion or wasabi,
Personally strongly recommend the latter, the delicate flavor seems to be freshly ground,
