?自製煎餃：外皮酥脆，韭菜和絞肉的比例也很剛好，我個人喜歡吃原味，所以就沒有搭配店家提供的白醋了。
?漢堡排：份量紮實、肉汁飽滿，搭配的醬汁應該是照燒醬，甜甜鹹鹹很開胃，女生大概吃一份就飽了?
店家營業到22:00，非常適合下班後，來點啤酒和下酒菜，放鬆一下！

?Homemade fried dumplings: The skin is crispy and the ratio of leeks to ground meat is just right. I personally like to eat the original flavor, so I didn't use the white vinegar provided by the store.
?Hamburger steak: The portion is solid, the gravy is full, the sauce should be teriyaki sauce, sweet and salty, very appetizing, girls will be full after eating one portion ?

Katsudon , chicken teriyaki, agedashi tofu, and grilled fish are all nice and delicious.
I've tried many other dishes and everything is authentic.
The owner Mrs. Ansai lived in Japan for decades, so she knows the real Japanese cooking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The favorite place to eat Japanese home cooking for my wife and I. It's simply great food! Just the fact that every time we go there half if not more of all the customers are Japanese tells you how locally Japanese the place is. Expect great Japanese dishes, but don't expect the touristy stereotype Sushi, Sashimi and Teppanyaki style stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the hamburger steak here! Many Japanese people from the area dine here. I believe the owners and chef are all Japanese, so they serve very authentic home cooking.
Menu includes: curry, katsu (fried pork chop), tamago, etc.
Parking is a bit difficult to find in this area..probably the only downside.
