★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 吃起來像老麵麵團的口感，跟一般市售的饅頭很不一樣，有些人可能不愛；冷掉或再用電鍋蒸過，口感更佳，店員真的是一問一答，一號表情，第一次買的時候還有點傻眼，應該要扣0.5分，但這個也不太需要什麼服務。雖然價格比較高，2個人吃每次去買都要買個十來顆才開心

以為是乳酪絲混入麵糰，這家是包了乳酪丁，不是每一口都能吃到乳酪，不過用料還是實實在在。麵糰紮實，吃起來有老麵香。
·全麥堅果/全麥地瓜
沈甸甸、很安心的份量。全麥地瓜真的包入一大塊地瓜，一覽無遺的真材實料啊！口感紮實有嚼勁，幾乎每口都吃得到堅果、果乾。

第一湯底不是很好喝
再來四寶給的牛肉也不好吃
因為湯底不好喝所以牛筋是煮的爛但味道卻還好
服務算蠻有禮貌環境也ok
所以還願意給4星

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 饅頭剛蒸起來，每種口味看起來都很好吃，全麥地瓜＋紅麴紅藜＋爆漿黑糖＋德式香腸我都很愛，傳統蒸炊製法很少見，真的吃起來跟機器蒸籠蒸出來的饅頭不太一樣，看得出店家不求量只求品質食材的用心，建議打電話先預訂，店家會幫忙預留口味，下午三點四點再去取貨，非常方便。
