★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 塩分控えめですが、出汁がしっかりでており美味しい。餃子類とご飯物は売り切れて夜はない事も。隔間肉は柔らかくて美味しい。酸辣麺は量が多いですが、お酢が効いていてサッパリ食べられます。伝票に書いて渡し、食後にレジ会計。とても丁寧に説明、確認してくれます。

老闆娘に、辛いよ！大丈夫？と聞かれたが、そんなに辛くもなく、酸味と辛味がちょうど良い、体に良さそうな味がしました。投入する餃子の種類を選べる(キャベツ ニラ 綜合の三種)のですが私はニラで。これが優しい味のスープの良いアクセントになって素晴らしく美味しく頂けました。
それでも最後の方は飽きてきたので、卓上の特調辣醬で味変。これまた豆豉のコクが効いた辛味で旨辛です。これだけでも米を食べられるくらい旨い。
量がなかなか多いので、他のものは頼めませんでしたが、次回は別のものもチャレンジしよう。
老闆娘が気さくな感じで可愛らしい方なので、外国人でも居心地良いです。
どうでもいいですが、壁面の手配書といい、店内のテレビといい、ワンピースに染まっていました。

大姐給了一碗大大的湯，想說天氣冷，喝湯好。
豬血清甜，口感好。
貢丸有咬勁，應該是小間廠家生產的，搞不好是店家自己做的！（未認證）
結論：東西好吃！
老闆娘大姐很熱情。擔心我們吃不夠呢！
這個中餐很不錯！下午繼續跑攤！

湯麵的話裡面有蔬菜,湯我覺得很像統一肉燥泡麵的味道
