★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 獅子頭湯頭清甜好喝，但獅子頭的肉質是屬於軟嫩口感（我比較不愛），原本想點高麗菜水餃但沒有，所以點了韭菜，聽店員介紹先不沾醬吃，真的好吃喔！雖然後來還是默默的搭配沾醬，但因為他們的辣油也很香！
 The lion’s head soup is sweet and delicious, but the meat of lion’s head is soft and tender (I don’t like it). I originally wanted to order cabbage dumplings but didn’t have it. So I ordered leeks and listened to the clerk’s introduction. Oh! Although they still paired with dipping sauce silently later, because their spicy oil is also very fragrant!

Shaozi noodles taste good, but lion head is more recommended, it tastes very refreshing and not greasy.

紅燒獅子頭很多汁，口感微Q彈，鹹度也很剛剛好，不會死鹹是單吃也可以的哦?
水餃點了高麗菜口味的，老闆娘建議先吃原味不沾醬，果真單吃也很好吃，內餡紮實香氣十足！
水餃沾醬後又會多一種成層次，能把內餡的鮮味帶出來，讚?♀️
攤位前內用桌還有放手機的小架子，能放手機看影片，真的超貼心的?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 有葷素可食，真是福音，辣椒是老闆自行裝給客人，會先問要不要，水餃大飽滿，料豐富，但這補氣養生藥膳湯，真的滿差的，如圖，無料以外，裡面是碎的豆皮，幾片零散的高麗菜，這55我也滿納悶的！也有賣生鮮，看起來很新鮮！兩顆星扣給這湯！真的不行捏！這湯，湯是靈魂！

12顆綜合水餃可以自選三種口味，選了韭菜、芹菜、麻辣，韭菜中規中矩，芹菜是符合期待清爽的味道，非常喜歡！麻辣口味真的有辣到，對我來說太辣了，除了辣沒有吃出其他味道? 水餃本身調味就很充分，單吃或沾店家提供的醬油都有不同美味
獅子頭很大顆，偏向軟嫩的口感，我喜歡更紮實一點的，湯頭喝起來是很舒服的清甜
