原本是要給3顆星的,但是師傅真的是很專業,最終還是決定多給1顆星吧! 這家鐵板燒雖然裝潢感覺高檔,但是總覺得有點cheap,而且有些老舊。服務生的訓練可以再加強,觀察不是很敏銳,(譬如說沒有問要不要點酒?除非外面走廊的酒窖是裝飾用的...)不過師傅很細心,有一直在跟服務生溝通,調整收盤子跟上菜的速度。從前菜到主菜,道道都好吃,師傅的廚藝分台風也很加分。湯品方面,今天有南瓜湯跟魚湯,但魚湯中藥味太重,而且點餐時服務生沒有做介紹(跟我們想像的魚湯完全不一樣);南瓜(濃)湯好喝。 主菜享用完後,被帶到不同的座位享用餐後甜點。點心方面,普普通通,沒什麼特別的。飲品的話,點了熱卡布奇諾勉強過關。 總結是,這是一家不錯的中高級鐵板燒,整體上的經驗算好,價錢也合理,有機會我會再來~

As for the soup, there are pumpkin soup and fish soup today, but the fish soup is too strong in Chinese medicine, and the waiter did not introduce it when ordering (it is completely different from the fish soup we imagined); the pumpkin (thick) soup is delicious. After enjoying the main course, they were taken to different seats for dessert. Dim sum is ordinary, nothing special. For drinks, ordering a hot cappuccino barely passed. 餐點跟廚師烹飪能力也還不錯,但:第一、人員訓練欠佳,進去後服務生沒有引導介紹菜單,一些長輩看不懂菜單、不知道如何點,服務生也沒反應,讓大家大眼瞪小眼。第二、建議廚師進來可以稍微介紹一下自己是誰,烹飪結束也可以稍微說一下。第三、甜點真的是最差勁的,將大家帶到外面的空間用甜點是對的,但大家出去時,服務生只將頭一兩個人帶到位置後就瞬間消失,所有甜點已經放在桌上,但沒有人告知什麼飲料是什麼,大家也只能用猜得猜哪個是誰的,接著大家只能將盤子自己端來端去喬位置,最糟糕的是所有熱飲也已經快變冷的了,實在不懂為什麼不能大家到外面之後再點甜點呢,有趕著這麼早做好所有甜點擺在那嗎?

原本想說要寫負評就不想直接寫在google評論,結果問了服務生說有沒有用餐滿意度調查表可以寫,她回覆說沒有紙本問券叫我直接寫在google評論公司都會看(希望是真的會看) 切入正題,今天和家人訂了13:00的位子來用餐,電話訂位時人員還特別提醒說超過10分鐘座位就會自動取消囉,所以不敢遲到,結果到了餐廳門口半個服務人員都沒有,甚至連一個請稍候會有服務人員代位的立牌或告示都沒有,只有看到其他組也是在等報到的客人,等呀等,終於有個人員來問了訂位的名字,說了一下不好意思請再稍等一下,這一等就30分鐘過去了... 能理解假日用餐人數多,員工可能也因為疫情的影響而減少,但是在等待用餐期間連一杯開水都沒有,用五星級飯店的標準來看待我想這是非常不及格的。若餐廳人手不足,是不是該請其他單位(包括後勤單位)的同仁來支援呢?不會送餐至少會送杯開水吧? 之前去艾麗酒店用餐遇到尖峰時間連經理都下來幫忙攪拌沙拉呢 希望貴公司的高層能認真商討繁忙期的支援方式以及人力是否確實不足需要補齊,但請別苛責是員工速度不夠快(身為餐飲業的過來人相信員工都希望能讓客人趕快坐下來吃趕快離開,你們辛苦了) 不知道這則評論會有多少人看到,之後也不會再來用餐了,但希望能給之後要來用餐的客人一點心理準備(尤其是要消化國旅卡預算的客人,你有其他更好的選擇!!) 同時附上銷售明細,以茲證明。

1680+10%的海陸羊排套餐,鐵板燒師傅技術與態度都很好。如果服務人員的服務經驗更充足就更好了。 餐巾使用方式沒有介紹、一開始放在桌上的洋蔥丁&醃漬蘿蔔&奶油沒有說明、開水喝完沒有立即添加、最後提供甜點時沒有引導我去櫃檯結帳。 我能感受到他們恪盡職守了,但是的確還有進步的空間,加油!
