Was here last night, food is brilliant, and service is on spot as well. The staff didn’t make us feel pushy; instead, he’s really helpful. All the beef are amazing, will definitely come visit again.

My best experience in Taichung. Have been to Japan many times for Japan beef, but this restaurant still kill it. Grilling in front of you, the delicious oily beef will never get you down. I recommend everybody to take a try if you a Japanese cuisine lover.

wagyu beef tongue was great, very good food but VERY POOR service!!! if you said you are a Japanese restaurant and costly you should have the same service attitude as a Japanese Wednesday night restaurant empty at peak time only 2 of us at 1st floor, 8pm a family with 2 kids left (children are not accepted??). Receptionist kept my friend's denim jacket at closet, there's no one remind or give or call us to get back that jacket that we forgot. the service even worse than a street food restaurant.... phone book on Monday and double check cork fee NT$300 for any alcohol the receptionist said so. then we brought 1 bottle red (maybe too cheap) wine they charged NT$500, all staff there no one admit who answered my reservation call on Monday. i've check google reviews after we had a bad experience there. some reviews also complain about the telephone reservation said different with actual receptionist included menu, children not allowed and the cork fee we faced.

Must try if you are a beef-lover and happen to be in Taichung!! It was a wonderful experience and I loved the food (not only the wagyu beef, but also the seafood/vegetables/dessert which are all inclusive if you order the set menu) and the service there. I ordered the TWD3800 set, which serves wagyu beef from both Australia and Japan. This meal isn’t cheap (especially compare to other restaurants in Taichung) but definitely is valued for money. After the appetizer, your wagyu beef and seafood will be cooked over charcoal in front of you professionally. Highly Recommended!
