★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 打電話外送，說一個小時內送達，結果一個小時了，也沒有送出，打第一通電話，說要出發了，結果等二十分鐘也沒來，再打電話過去問，又說要送過來了！約好的外送時間根本騙人，有點飲料的同事，因為這間店的不守時，無法拿到飲料就要出去工作了，大負評，是零顆星，我一顆都不想給！永遠拒喝，遲到不守信用的飲料店。
珍珠奶茶也不好喝。

But, somewhere in the past few years, the quality of the employees and their attitude toward their customers has really gone downhill. I won't be returning because of a series of negative customer service experiences over the past few months. There are other tea shops around where you can receive more respectful service.
