滷味可加蔥、酸菜、九層塔，
整體的味道還不錯?
然後我通常都點全湯的，
比較不會過鹹～

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 餐點好吃、價格合理，除此之外，沒了。
首先，晚餐時間去買(外帶)，剛好有一對情侶正在慢慢挑，我迅速拿了籃子、夾子，迅速夾取食材後，依店員指示放置等待結帳(此時情侶還在挑)，過了一分鐘，情侶選好了，結果居然是他們先結帳拿號碼...。
建議依序結帳，動作慢吞吞的人還比我先結帳，用餐心情都沒了，還有不得不說...雖然真的好吃，但餐點製作真的有點久，只要前面有人，請做好至少等半小時以上的心理準備。
原本給五顆星，服務品質扣兩星，我給三星評價。
還好高工路和南屯路也有尚珍滷味。

而且麵體無另外分裝還有一點點酸辣口感
價格正確 雖然雨季但花椰菜一朵30真的太貴
豬腱肉不應該切太碎 吃50元碎肉 心情不好
與以前滷味認知差異比較大 以消費175單人份來說 價格跟品質應該要成正比 再符合期待

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4.2⭐️朋友推薦的滷味，10點多去吃，很多人在外帶，感覺就很厲害，食材很多而且會一直補，價錢正常，老闆人與店員人很好。我點了105元，吃最愛的米血跟水晶餃，滷味本身有很多湯，每一口都是濕潤的，吃起來很香不會很鹹，都會詢問要不要加的酸菜，跟辣椒混在一起，個人覺得中辣還好，不會辣的誇張，每個料都有水準，尤其是金針菇，感覺很多哈哈。之後有再去附近的話一定會去吃，等我～???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 價位普通，現場人多但看起來還好，想不到竟然等了40分鐘！店家接很多電話訂單，結帳時也沒提醒要等那麼久，錢付了又不得不等。
沒有很入味，菇類、百頁裡面都沒味道，只有麵吸了湯才吃得出滷汁，味道還行但真的不值得等那麼久…
