★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 饅頭軟硬口感看個人喜好,個人喜歡吃山東饅頭的口感與香味,而且吃了也比較不會胃酸不舒服.羊角饅頭已經很少有人賣了,因為羊角饅頭要先蒸過,再用大鐵鍋烙烤,多了一道工續也多了一種烤麵香,外面硬皮焦香的口感,裡面Q軟.羊角饅頭會做成頭尾不一樣大的羊角形,就是為了最大量併排放入大鐵鍋內.老闆娘說要買五個以上最好先電話問問看,怕客人白跑一趟,現在吃的人沒那麼多,也不敢一次做太多,... 只是越來越貴了.買回一次吃不完,可放冷凍儲藏,要吃前在再放入電鍋內不加水(下墊鐵盤或烘焙紙或直接放在電鍋內也可以),壓下開關讓電鍋回烤乾悶一下會更好吃,若想吃軟Q也可加一點點水(饅頭要架起),悶點水氣也相當不錯吃.
