★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 費盡唇舌跟時間好不容易把爸爸帶來戒菸門診，醫生聽到兩三週前有做心臟支架手術就說不適合開咀嚼錠，我了解可能有影響，但就是無法自己戒煙才到戒菸門診，結果又跟病人說自己戒掉不要抽了，然後退掛？ 這是應該有的方式嗎？ 還是因為後續要追蹤麻煩少一個是一個？難怪戒菸門診這麼難找，很多配合診所都是虛設根本沒有在看，好不容易今天來衛生所掛到了號卻大失所望，醫生您一句退掛，知道是家人花了幾年的勸說才有今天的一次看診嗎？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自從家中有人確診開始，每天都打電話到衛生所，有位專員真的非常棒，主動關心全家狀況並安撫非常緊張的我，當時也能理解，能量不足的狀況之下，很多東西都得等。家中正需要快篩篩劑時，衛生所也能及時提供，並且記得是我們是哪戶家庭。對此，我覺得自己得很幸運遇到很棒的衛生所專員並且得到協助。
過了幾日，我連同也確診了，打了專線後，衛生所一位先生回撥電話給我，協助我找鄰近醫院，並且幫我聯繫急診護士，所以我真的也沒有等太久就能做到PCR，當下真的非常感動，覺得自己住在西區，真的很幸福。謝謝這些專員們，疫情嚴峻，您們真的都辛苦了～
