★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我是已購買新竹市寶睿市政建案住戶，當初買賣時並未告知瓦斯管線的明管會架設在前陽台上（客廳），卻於將完工時，私自將瓦斯管線直接架上且包圍住所有房間外牆，問工地負責人人，全部推給瓦斯公司，並說未交屋時，購買戶無權過問，完全推卸，試問各位，誰想一打開家的大門就看到瓦斯的大管線。要購買太睿建設的人要小心啊！
I am a resident who has purchased the Bao Rui municipal construction project in Hsinchu City. I did not inform that the exposed gas pipeline will be erected on the front balcony (living room) when I bought it. However, when the construction was about to be completed, I directly erected the gas pipeline and surrounded it. Ask the person in charge of the construction site for all the external walls of the room and push them all to the gas company, and said that when the house is not handed over, the buyer has no right to intervene and completely shirk it. Let me ask everyone, who wants to see the big gas pipeline as soon as the door of the home . Those who want to buy Tairui Construction should be careful!
