1. 進門無人招呼也沒號碼牌,後來專員走出來量額溫(明明疫情時期為什麼沒消毒手部呢?) 2. 人員明顯缺乏專業度!過程中多次問旁邊的女專員怎麼操作,沒專業又態度沒很好 3. 旁邊女專員長的美美的過來一付臭臉老鳥樣,說話口氣讓人很不喜歡,老鳥這樣的態度新人也只能有樣學樣吧,雖然新光不是服務業,但也不用態度比差的,希望開戶後永遠不要再踏進這裡

?第一次走進來臨櫃開證卷戶,進門後沒有任何服務人員引導和詢問,環視看了一下現場的員工,沒有人理會,請問民眾如果有問題要問誰?每個人都盯著電腦螢幕在忙自己的事。 走到一個櫃檯前,想詢問如何開證卷戶?只見一個戴眼鏡的年輕人,只用手指比,跟我說要去哪裡就坐,沒有表情,沒有熱情,詢問我要做什麼? 之後跟我要了雙證件和印章,然後流利的操作手機證卷開戶,可以感覺他也沒有什麼耐心服務民眾,而且開戶時也不會跟你說明太多。 因為可能手上還有很多自己的事要忙?還有很多客戶要聯繫?還有很多業績壓力要煩惱? 既然大家都很忙,沒有服務民眾的熱情,要不以後開戶全部改成線上就好,連臨櫃碰面說話等待的時間都可以直接省略了。 開個證卷戶,還有順便開銀行戶,從頭到尾至少需要等待1.5-2小時,中間忽然想要上廁所,詢問是否有洗手間可以借用一下,看起來很資深的一位員工,竟然搖頭說沒有。? 請問一般民眾去開證卷戶,需要等1.5-2小時,中間忽然想上廁所,為何不方便通融借用一下廁所? 裡面所有人都在忙自己的事,可以理解大家都有很多工作要做,上班努力認真,但總要有人來服務一般民眾的需求吧? 第一次來印象很差,地點是不錯,在靜思堂旁邊,整棟建築物外觀乾淨明亮整潔,但裡面的服務人員感覺沒有服務民眾的熱情。 唯獨辦理開戶銀行的年輕人,服務態度尚可?。
