點了5000元的套餐，外加點康普茶，沒想到單杯要價400元。 前前後後大約10道餐點，生魚片食材頗為高級，師傅的刀工在生魚片上留下細膩切紋，方便醬汁慎入。雙海膽丼也能細品不同種類海膽味道的不同走向。 但是就滿足感而言，我認為頂多值得我花3000塊，5400元外加服務費，我認為低於預期

食材新鮮、每一道都很好吃無雷～吃的出師傅的用心和厲害的料理手法就連甜點都很不一般❤️好想給十顆心呢！

整體料理口味偏鹹，應該更著重食材本體，干貝上的海鹽灑有夠多⋯ 整個吃不到甜味都是鹽巴。 拿到的海膽鮪魚泥那一貫是盒中的最後一口，海膽顏色已經偏深了感覺不新鮮，蠻失望的。 亮點是甜點甜柿奶酪，當天最好吃⋯

整套菜單食材和調理方式多樣，調味不過重、以帶出食材的原味為主，吃起來很舒服。鱈魚白子十分優秀，鮮嫩中帶點彈性，微微的煙燻和柑橘味提出層次，值得一試。

So delicious, I will go back and eat it again, I love it.

Brought friends from out of town here on a Friday night and left afterwards feeling somewhat embarrassed. I chose the middle Omakase menu for 4500 NT + 10% service charge so a total of 4950 NT or roughly $175 per person. The chef is young which shows in his speaking confidence when describing each dish but his technique is good. Similarly, the quality of the seafood was "pretty good" but not excellent, I would say a 7 out of 10. The first dish was nicely decorated but the rest was literally a "single sashimi on a plate" presentation which was extremely disappointing. We were all surprised that there was basically no hot food (grilled yellowtail collar or strip of unagi would have been welcome) or vegetables served. Dinner abruptly ended with a strawberry and some mochi, we actually sat a bit thinking there must be more coming but that was literally it. Service was prompt and attentive as one would expect in such a small restaurant, but lacking in the grace of a formal Japanese restaurant that one would expect at this price point. The decor was spartan but cluttered (see the back counter behind the chef). So ultimately I think this restaurant is trying to hit a super premium price point without the perspective to actually deliver it, perhaps a more seasoned restauranteur could tweak the menu, decor, and service to bring it up to the expected level. But currently it is not and is in fact quite far from it.

The first dish probably be the highlight of the day yet it was lack of seasoning. The sushi was served 2 at a time which is not acceptable for a restaurant charged 4500 +10% /p. Dry shiso flowers appeared in multiple dishes. .. service was good. Deco was lovely. But I would expect a much better presented and prepared dining experience than that for a 5000 lunch.
