這是一間一言難盡的店,很難直觀的判定好壞。店家主打是活體龍蝦、螃蟹,也可以選擇牛排。店內採無菜單料理,但附餐就是一般西餐廳會出現的基本菜色。 我們今天是兩大一小用餐,總價格為$9000,品嚐到的菜色有: 烤香蒜麵包:香蒜醬應該是店家自行調配,略有厚重感,搭配法國木棍麵包切片,口感紮實有嚼勁,口味中規中矩。 羅勒青醬海鮮沙拉:有別於常見的千島或油醋,雖然感覺醬底似乎也有巴薩米克醋味,但搭配新鮮彈牙的透抽圈和生菜,吃起來順口不違和。煎鮭魚塊油脂豐富,還有三片燻鮭魚片,算是豐富的前菜。 洋蔥蘑菇濃湯:湯體濃稠,也是中規中矩的湯品。 接著進入主餐,我們點了一隻約一斤重的波士頓龍蝦,還有一隻加拿大肉蟹,外加一份十盎司的骰子牛排。海鮮部分只要新鮮就是品質保證,龍蝦肉Q彈,肉蟹肥美,幾乎不需要搭配店家附上的泰式酸辣醬也一樣好吃。牛排肉質不錯,烤得表皮酥脆,內裏鮮嫩,可以搭配簡單的海鹽或胡椒粒。 克羅采的主餐我認為是沒話說的,活體新鮮真材實料。但龍蝦跟螃蟹報價單隻約為$3500-3700間,這價位其實略高,尤其在附餐相當基本簡便的情況下,其實用餐完會莫名的感到空虛。 主餐結束後飲料有冷的烏梅汁或罐裝可樂,熱的有紅茶或咖啡可供選擇,甜點藍莓乳酪蛋糕大約是85度C的水準。 老闆為人親切客氣,一人忙裡忙外,身兼外場及廚師工作。店內客人不多,當天只有我們和另外一組男女雙人。還有一組客人等到老闆致電才說取消用餐,老闆無奈的說附餐都準備了,對方取消也不告知,還要自己親自致電詢問才說。 最後感想,因為自己本身熱愛吃喝,活體海鮮可能在大型婚宴會館或海產店會便宜很多,而且能選擇的料理方式也較多元。這種安靜溫馨的巷弄小店,主打食物新鮮原味,價位略高的話可能附餐要能讓客人更物有所值些。但還是推薦給手頭寬裕,注重安靜用餐環境,以及想吃活體海鮮的朋友,尤其螃蟹如果真的去現場建議錢都花了必需要點來品嚐,會比龍蝦更超越期待值。

There are no menu dishes in the store, but the side dishes are the basic dishes that appear in ordinary western restaurants. We dine today for two large and one small. The total price is $9000. The dishes we tasted are: Baked Pesto Bread: The pesto should be prepared by the store itself. It has a slightly heavy feel. When paired with French baguette slices, the taste is solid and chewy, and the taste is quite satisfactory. Seafood Salad with Basil Green Sauce: Different from the common thousand island or oil and vinegar, although the sauce seems to have the taste of balsamic vinegar, it tastes smooth and not inconsistent with the fresh scallops and lettuce. The pan-fried salmon fillets are rich in fat, and there are three smoked salmon fillets for a rich starter. Onion and Mushroom Soup: The soup is thick and quite decent. Moving on to the main meal, we ordered a Boston lobster weighing about a pound, a Canadian crab, and a 10-ounce dice steak. As long as the seafood is fresh, the quality is guaranteed. The lobster meat is Q-bomb, and the meat crab is plump. It is almost as delicious as the Thai chutney attached by the store. The steak is good meat, grilled to a crispy skin and tender inside, and can be served with a simple sea salt or peppercorns. I think the main meal of Croce is nothing to say, fresh and real. However, the price list for lobster and crab is only about $3500-3700, which is actually slightly higher, especially when the attached meal is quite basic and simple, in fact, you will feel inexplicably empty after the meal. After the main meal, there are cold plum juice or canned cola, hot black tea or coffee to choose from, blueberry cheesecake for dessert is about 85 degrees C level. The owner is kind and polite, one person is busy, working as an outfield and a chef. There were not many customers in the store, only us and another group of men and women that day. Another group of guests waited until the boss called before saying they canceled the meal. The boss reluctantly said that the attached meal was prepared, and the other party did not inform the cancellation. In the end, I feel that because I love to eat and drink, live seafood may be much cheaper in large wedding banquet halls or seafood stores, and there are more cooking methods to choose from. This kind of quiet and warm alley shop mainly focuses on fresh and original food. If the price is slightly higher, the accompanying meal may be more worthwhile for the guests. However, it is still recommended for those who have enough money, pay attention to a quiet dining environment, and want to eat live seafood, especially if the crabs really go to the scene and suggest that they spend the necessary points to taste them, they will exceed expectations than lobsters.
