老闆老實又有耐心,收費合理~買新手機幫忙轉移處理到好,有問題都馬上幫我解決...記得有一次晚上11點多手機壞掉,店也打烊了,跟朋友借手機聯絡老闆,他馬上說把手機拿到店裡幫我維修,沒遇過這麼上心的老闆...一定要推啦!!!

一次貼兩隻手機玻璃貼 XS和8PLUS 詢問玻璃貼差異 說德國是滿版 後來貼完回家發現一隻滿版一隻非滿版 用LINE詢問店家這時才告知8PLUS德國也不是滿版 原本店家一直說有先告知 後來跟他講德國跟日本都是非滿版都沒有差異的情況下 那我貼德國的幹嘛? 店家才承認並未先告知 但是在並未先行告知的情況下卻又不幫忙處理 只想做一次生意生意的店家⋯要貼玻璃貼的進來請三思

連假期間來台中玩,手機不小心摔破螢幕了,趕緊查附近的手機維修找到了這!老闆很細心,也詳細的一一跟我說明手機的狀況,讓我很放心☺️半小時就幫我處理好了!非常值得推薦的好店家??????

上次更換手機非滿版保護貼,老闆號稱堅固不易破裂,結果不到半年,手機放包包且無摔到、撞擊的情況,螢幕保護貼卻無故從中間碎裂,正常強化玻璃不應這樣,去其它間更換,不但滿版價格還便宜很多,而且不沾指紋!非常不推薦。

想了一下,還是想透過google評論整理一下在這間店消費的經驗。 9/18晚上10點: 因為個人的因素在不知道手機已經貼螢幕保護貼的情況下,拿手機到店裡表明要貼螢幕保護貼。聊天過程中,有向老闆提到手機是裸機使用一個禮拜,趁著連假來貼保護貼。之後老闆邊介紹鏡頭貼邊幫我處理手機。必須說,老闆工作的檯面並非是正對著顧客,加上我當時十分信任老闆,並且不想造成老闆的壓力,所以沒有盯著老闆貼保護貼。 9/20下午4點30左右: 9/19晚上從贈送手機的家人那得知手機早在買手機時就已經順便貼上保護貼。因為對於手機配件不熟悉,得知當下只是擔心手機是不是貼上了兩層保護貼,所以在隔天便又跑了一次店裡。但當天和老闆談這件事的時候,老闆給我的感受是,不斷地說,「很多客人拿手機來都是想要把原本的保護貼(在電信門市貼上的、品質不好的)換掉」、「我當然不會知道你是要貼還是要換」、「而且我是在你們面前把原本的保護貼撕下來」種種。其實我到店裡前本來就沒有期待老闆退錢或是歸咎他,只是想確認我的手機是不是被貼了兩層保護貼而可能會傷害手機功能,但老闆連我的話都還沒聽完就不斷地說了這些話。 我認為這件爭議固然在我方有一部份的責任,像是(1)怎麼連自己的手機狀況都不清楚,或是(2)應該盯著老闆操作(然而如前面所說,老闆的工作台並非是正對著顧客) 老闆事實上也不是一點責任都沒有,(1)並未在看見手機狀況後向顧客確認服務(2)既然手機原本上就有貼著螢幕保護貼,那撕下保護貼就是對原本手機的傷害/實質改變,那也應該在撕下前向顧客表明,撕下後與顧客確認是否要保留,然而這些事情老闆卻未做到。(3)若將事件釐清,老闆當時是請我一邊決定/選擇要用鏡頭貼與否,他一邊貼保護貼,我也無暇看他如何處理手機。 總而言之,加上一些小事(因為9/18貼完鏡頭貼後發現鏡頭有髒污/殘膠,9/19又到店裡請老闆處理)這次在這間店裡消費的經驗十分不佳。
