點了杭州酸辣麵，這酸辣麵跟平常台灣吃到的不一樣，沒有勾芡，但裡頭有蛋花+肉絲+青菜，湯頭酸酸微辣，是我喜歡的種類
Came in for a late dinner after reading a google review.
I ordered Hangzhou hot and sour noodles. This hot and sour noodles is different from the usual ones in Taiwan. It is not thickened, but it has egg drop + shredded pork + green vegetables in it. The soup is sour and slightly spicy, which is my favorite type.

老闆娘說他們家的葱爆牛肉都是用高麗菜，我就是看菜單點菜想吃葱爆牛，電話中也沒告知消費者是用高麗菜，是不是改叫高麗菜炒牛肉就好？！葱蛋的葱只有幾丁點，客家小炒更是無話可說！

老闆一家人都很客氣
麵飯的份量都不小
CP值不錯
看到隔壁桌點幾個小炒配飯
下次有機會也會想試看看
