★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常爛的旅行社，三天台東行簡直是惡夢⋯午餐拖到下午兩點多才吃，導致延誤後續行程，最後一個點到達已天黑完全看沒什麼，回到飯店也沒享受設施時間；第二天更誇張走錯路，領隊全是20出頭小朋友完全沒決策及緊急應變能力，硬是要照表操課以致於天黑後才到小野柳，大家又餓又累火氣大爆發，但旅行社領隊完全無法處理，已無法用任何字眼形容他們的爛及不專業了⋯
Very bad travel agency, three days trip to Taitung is simply a nightmare...Lunch was delayed until more than two o'clock in the afternoon, which caused delays in the follow-up trip. The last point arrived at the hotel and it was dark. The day is even more exaggerated. The team leader is all children in their early 20s. They have no decision-making and emergency response capabilities. They have to follow the watch and only arrive at Xiaoyeliu after dark. Everyone is hungry and tired, but the travel agency leader is completely angry. I can’t deal with it. I can’t describe their lousy and unprofessionalism in any words...
