在向上店買了淨膚雷射與酸類課程 接連兩次使用第一次預付的杏仁酸課程 因為美容師的專業度不夠 造成臉部局部灼傷 連續兩次都有這種狀況 覺得自己真的不適合繼續使用 就許久沒有前往 因此安排剩餘的課程讓自己的妹妹去消化 由於是我本人預約替妹妹登記前往 沒想到小姐因為不是我本人要做 一開始還不願意 直到告訴她因為這麼多年了沒有使用課程是因為不合適加上也不能退費 所以才轉讓給妹妹前往 當天接待的朱XX小姐便整個流程臭著一張臉很不情願的安排服務 2018/08/03 晚上7:30安排到店 妹妹晚上8:00就來電說已經做完剛離開貴店 問我平常的流程就是如此嗎?為什麼30分鐘就可以完成作臉課程與雷射 還擅自更改將淨膚雷射改為一般脈衝雷射 去電詢問只因她說妹妹的痘痘問題發炎 那時間呢? 為什麼以前將近1、5個小時的課程可以濃縮在30分鐘就結束(這中間還包括必須自行洗臉、做酸類課程、雷射、敷臉) 請問這是什麼品質? 覺得這家公司教育與管理真的太誇張 可以如此敷衍了事 儘管是預付優惠課程 單次也要價是將近2000元 如果有低於一顆星的選擇 絕對不會給予一顆星 奉勸網友審慎評估前往 只會勸敗業績消費的不專業醫美

服務人員態度很差,已去那做好幾次療程,有預跟沒預約一樣,都是等老半天,而且預約時就設定妳不敷麻,還要自己講才會幫妳弄!都是要妳自行DIY,連臉雷射後保濕也要另約時間做!不能當場弄,療程消耗完就再也不不想去了!

感覺非常不好~ 2/18晚上七點出頭電話預約最後一次課程,一位男性員工接電話,我詢問方便預約2/19下午三點嗎,男性員工回覆~可以,他接著說不過因有其他客戶,當下會讓我等一下,我回覆可以。 當天我三點前抵達,一位男性員工跟我說前面還有4~5位客戶所以要我等一下(聽聲音跟接電話預約是同一人),就這樣等了50分鐘,向這位男性員工反應已等很久了,他已沒任何反應(感覺蠻差,聽到美容師稱他為主管),再繼續等,已不耐煩,最後居然等了將近90分鐘,才輪到我,當下再次向這位”男性主管”反應讓我等了將近90分鐘,他還是沒任何回應。 我覺得等30分鐘左右我都可以接受,最終等了將近90分鐘就太誇張,是我沒再買課程,所以就被丟掉最後嗎,這位男性主管怎麼了,明明這時段客戶那麼多,為何還要排這時段給我,真的很不尊重客戶,甚至當下跟他反應,他連基本的不好意思或抱歉都不會說。 以上親身感受給有考慮買課程的客戶參考。
