★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為要打疫苗,所以第一次來此診所。小姐態度nice,醫生也很有耐心地解說,而且還有舒跑、果凍、退燒藥可以拿,雖然離我家有段距離,但還會再選擇此間打疫苗的

最近醫療院所忙碌,我們能體諒
希望這種重要的確認工作,應該再謹慎核對
當天發現錯誤,只是讓排隊更久~其他患者感覺也不好

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我是第一次到貴診所看診,因為咽喉不舒服還有咳嗽來給醫生看診,很害怕是不是新冠但是醫生看完之後幫我喉嚨和鼻腔上了藥整個好了很多,當天診所打疫苗的人非常多,醫生和護士都很有耐心,面對這麼多病人真是辛苦了,藥劑師送的喉糖很好吃覺得喉嚨舒服很多
It was my first time to see your clinic. I came to see the doctor because of a sore throat and a cough. I was very worried about whether it was a new crown. But the doctor gave me medicine for my throat and nasal cavity after reading it, and it was much better. There are a lot of people who are vaccinated. The doctors and nurses are very patient. It is really hard to face so many patients. The throat lozenges given by the pharmacist are delicious and my throat is very comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不好意思要在這裡留下一星負評,表達我今天到診極度不舒服的經驗,但這經驗跟醫生看診沒有關聯,純粹是診所內定的遊戲規則所致。
這是我第三次到此診所,前兩次都是來打疫苗,一次家人一次自己,都是經由1922平台預約,即便先前約定時間是PM7:00,到了現場還是乖乖跟著排隊叫號,而不是依照約定時間。有了前兩次的經驗,這是我沒有在平台上預約,而是晚上7:00到現場掛號(心底想著總會依照之前經驗),不意外的是今晚現場早已排滿人龍。我依序排隊等待,這期間護士連續呼叫了1922預約的人,就這樣......晚到的人一窩蜂擠到了前頭,不照排隊次序,順理成章的插隊了進來,讓其他乖乖排隊的人情何以堪。然而最讓人惱火的還在後頭...。好不容易掛上號,便到外頭走廊等待叫號,隨著人潮一波一波的湧入離開,電腦畫屏的人次不下跳過三十幾個人,仍不見自己的名字顯現在螢幕上頭,一些明顯比我晚報到的人員都打過一波離開了,就這樣從人潮擁擠等到寥寥無幾,兩個多小時過去,我終於忍不住開口詢問了護士,當下才知道沒有在網路上預約的是另外被放在一堆,得等到1922預約的打完才輪得到....,我哩OOXX!! 為何不講清楚...O的勒~~ 請貴診所在網路上明確載明你們的規則,不要白白浪費別人的時間!! 感恩~
I'm sorry to leave a one-star negative review here, expressing my extremely uncomfortable experience at the clinic today, but this experience has nothing to do with the doctor's visit, it is purely due to the rules of the game set by the clinic.
This is my third visit to this clinic. The first two times were for vaccinations. Once my family and myself, I made an appointment through the 1922 platform. Even if the previously appointed time was PM7:00, I still followed the queue and called the number when I arrived at the scene. Not according to the agreed time. With the experience of the first two times, I did not make an appointment on the platform, but registered at the site at 7:00 pm (thinking that I would always follow the previous experience), not surprisingly, the scene was already full of people tonight. I waited in line in order. During this period, the nurse continuously called the people who made an appointment in 1922. That's it... The people who arrived late rushed to the front. They didn't follow the order of the queue. What a human being. But the most annoying thing is yet to come.... After finally hanging up the number, I went to the outside corridor to wait for the number to be called. As the crowds poured in and left, the number of people on the computer screen skipped more than 30 people, but they still did not see their names on the screen. Obviously, the people who checked in later than me have all left after a wave. From the crowded crowd to the few, and more than two hours passed, I finally couldn't help but ask the nurse, and only then did I know that the person who didn't make an online appointment was. The other ones are put in a pile, and you have to wait until the 1922 appointment is over before you can get it.... I'm OOXX!! Why don't you make it clear...O's le~~ Please your clinic clearly state yours on the Internet Rules, don't waste other people's time in vain!! Thanks~

排在我前面有位先生本想施打疫苗,但鍾醫師多方評估其症狀給出中肯建議,十分符合仁心仁術之定義!
I went to the clinic to receive the AZ vaccine on October 23. The medical staff were extremely busy, and they still responded to the inquiries about the beater in a cordial manner.
There was a gentleman ahead of me who wanted to administer the vaccine, but Dr. Zhong evaluated his symptoms in many ways and gave pertinent suggestions, which is very in line with the definition of benevolence!
