數月前幫長輩買了機票 刷卡付費 在台中櫃檯購買。主動詢問是否要支付證明 人員回答 隨機抽樣的 不是每張機票都需要 若有收到電郵通知才需要。這件事就這麼過了。結果昨日長輩搭飛機 華航告知不能搭機 因為刷卡人沒有一同 當下告知只能重買一張 才能上機。長輩一早搭車出門 獨立搭機經驗三十年 紀錄優良 機票都是晚輩刷卡購買 怎麼可以因為華航內部的疏失就讓一個長輩獨自面對 我這邊也打電話 也拍照證明是我本人同意刷卡 最重要的是 我事情動詢問是否需要此證明了。結果地勤人員一直回答:公司規定。貴公司人員不能只會罷工卻不會好好服務顧客嗎?太生氣了!為了避免下一位無辜的顧客也發生此事 本人慎重考慮決定留言提醒大家 也盼貴公司能製出一套標準作業程序 不要再以一句 公司規定 犧牲顧客權益。

因武漢肺炎疫情的關係,在7月1日fb訊息詢問機票退款的事宜,至今5日(日)都沒有回復任何消息,真是非常失禮!

華航的服務真的很好 空間雖然沒有台北總辦的高級 但是有這個服務的櫃台還是很有幫助 國際疫情險峻,華航班組還是有在飛 真的很辛苦 也非常感謝中華航空團隊的支持與努力。
