Dark cheap ambience. All you can eat hot pot. Base broth was "ok" Various Ingredients and meats were "ok" as well (small portion and so so quality). Order process was inconvenient. Service was not bad. $589 NTD + 10% service fees.

Great service. Staff are friendly :) fast services :) really like the pork jowl. would recommend to visit this hotpot restaurant if you are visiting Taiwan :)

It is unlimited food hot pot store. The fixed price and you can eat as much as you can. But do not waste good. Ice cream and soup were good. Free bears!!!!

Hot Pot Restaurant - Really low end hot pot. The broth was not well made and had a weird taste, the service kept making mistakes and missing / forgetting dishes, the interior was badly maintained, etc... It is definitely NOT worth it. However, the one bright spot was the store manager, who was kind and acknowledged the mistakes, apologized and said what they planned to do to improve. Let's hope they do.

Friendly and efficient staffs. It gets packed fast so making a reservation wouldn't be a bad idea. Soup is good, ingredients fresh, meat slices were fresh and big..just how my husband loves it. Could barely walk after the meal.

Just really weird. They need to train their staff and change their order system.

We came here tonight to celebrate my friend’s birthday,and one service girl with terrible service and her family name is 張 completely ruined our mood. We will never come to this restaurant again all thanks to her.

!!! Little Mongolian !!! I once being attracted by one of little mongolian restaurant branch at Gongguan, i saw so many people eating there and they also have Haagen Dazs ice cream (i believe that you guys know that it's not cheap product.. ^3^). So, I swear to myself that i would try this at least once in my life~~~ Okay, here it go... I came around 8 PM and when i talk to the cashier, they said the last order will 21:20 PM, this means you can't order any meat, seafood, or any others hot pot side dishes, although you can still get dessert and drink (i thought it was reasonable since they have to clean the restaurant faster). You can see that for dinner, it would cost 699 NTD / person + 10% (it's kind of expensive, even for all_you_can_eat hot pot.. T3T), anyway after me and my girlfriend sat down, they give us a tablet to order the menu, and i think "WOW, it's very cool dude". And we starting to order, picking what we want to eat. After waiting for around 10 minutes, nobody waitress come and deliver the food for us, so i'm calling one of their staff. Finally, i realized that they still to make sure with us one more time on desk... feel so disappointed after all that modern technology excitement Orz One more reminder, they don't have any side sauce, only peanut sauce they gave to you in the first time. We choose spicy flavor and bone calcium flavor (kind of weird name) for the soup. What i liked most is their beef meat, feels different than what you normally would eat in other restaurant, but for any other side dishes... nuh... just some normal food. The atmosphere there not very good, everything feels so dark, not enough light (based on my own opinion), and it makes you wanna sleep. The staff not very friendly, they couldn't observe customer and action immediately, but at least as waiter, you can watch your surrounding and ask the customer if they need anything, and that is a good waiter !!! Not very recommend coming to this branch, maybe the other Little Mongolian branch would be better, so think about it first before you decide to eat this ^3^
