客服電話像是假的,似乎不會有活人來接聽;很難得接聽了,連查詢都沒有就隨便回答,不能解決來電的提問;應對進退挺糟的,連大陸客服都比這間公司的人有禮貌。 若不是公司內部人的管理有問題,就是這公司制度超差。 影響整體企業形象,集團內其他相關企業的服務品質可能也好不到哪去。 其實連一顆星都不想給。
