精緻日料美食桌菜首選!第二次來吃了,兩次都沒有失望!第一道生魚片有天使蝦,肉質甜美鮮嫩,完全沒有蝦腥。第二道是我最喜歡的軟殼蟹飯卷,配上天婦羅酥,醬汁鹹甜襯托出軟殼蟹的口感,真的好棒(太懷念),第三道魚翅松露蒸蛋(魚翅被吃掉了),本人基於環保愛鯊魚,堅持不吃魚翅,所以這道我不ok~. 豬腳鰻魚湯,美味至極,膠質豐富的豬腳+鰻魚,還有枸杞甜味跟補湯的搭配,真的很補而且很鮮。烤午魚的肉質軟嫩,相較其它餐點,它的料理方式普通了一些。焗烤明蝦也不是呼隆的,上面的醬很濃郁。還有一份鮑魚豆腐,本人愛吃豆腐,這道豆腐做的口感跟奶酪一樣綿密,不是廉價豆腐的製程,真的很驚艷。醬汁是胡麻花生醬,很配~。沒拍到的照片有牛蒡牛肉清湯,牛肉是用牛腱子,燉的很軟,牛蒡湯有蔘味,湯不油不膩,清澈卻不失其風味。甜湯是紅豆紫米湯,紅豆如果再燉軟一點我會更愛,但不會太甜,一次喝了三碗也不膩。 用餐環境乾淨,包廂有隱私,整體都給五星好評~

The second dish is my favorite soft shell crab rice roll, served with tempura crisp, the salty and sweet sauce brings out the taste of soft shell crab, it is really good (too miss), the third dish is steamed egg with shark fin and truffle (shark fin I love sharks based on environmental protection and insist on not eating shark fins, so I don’t like this dish~. Pork feet and eel soup, extremely delicious, rich in gelatinous pig feet + eel, as well as the sweetness of wolfberry and tonic soup Combination, really filling and very fresh. The meat of the grilled noon fish is soft and tender. Compared with other meals, its cooking method is a bit ordinary. Baked prawns are also not Hulong, and the sauce on top is very rich. There is also an abalone tofu. I love tofu. The texture of this tofu is as dense as cheese. It is not a cheap tofu process. It is really amazing. The sauce is flax peanut butter, which goes well with~. The photos I didn’t take are burdock beef clear soup. The beef is made of beef tendon, which is very soft. The burdock soup has a ginseng flavor. The soup is not greasy or greasy, and it is clear but does not lose its flavor. The sweet soup is red bean and purple rice soup. If the red beans are stewed a bit softer, I would love it more, but it will not be too sweet, and it will not be greasy after drinking three bowls at a time. The dining environment is clean, the box has privacy, and the overall five-star praise~

This place is nicely renovated with modern setting. Food is awesome with very reasonable pricing. Great restaurant for family / friends gathering !!!

Nice restaurant. We had Chinese style prix fixe for 12 people. Sashimi was nice and fresh. Salad was hearty with sesame dressing which is delightful. Pomelo hand roll was new but a little boring. Lamb chop was marinated which was disappointed. We ordered three extra dishes. Had my first Kung pao cabbage which was fine but not impressing. $6000 NTD for 12 people.

Came to the wrong place. Was supposed to be next door and by the time I realized it was too late. Ordered their $55 USD lunch omakase. All the cooked food was okay but the Nigeria sushi surprisingly brought down the whole score. For a sushi restaurant they don't do their sushi very well. Probably won't come back again.
