服務民眾這樣的態度及姿態實在讓人垢病
建議打回去重練再來站櫃台吧！
（紅背心的志工阿姨親切多了）

預約櫃檯求職分機#112范先生
流程：
先打電話給#112范先生 留基本資料並提出訴求（例如，待業要辦理缺工就業獎勵）
是由范先生統整預約來電求職者分散給各求職櫃檯的專員。（約3工作天內）
再由范先生分配給櫃檯專員，由櫃檯專員再跟求職者通知去的日期跟時間。
目前在電話上聽到大概是這樣。希望能幫助到大家。

process:

還一再提醒我不能遲到，要早點到。說什麼我們都是一個接一個。絕對不能遲到。
我很聽話9:17就到。走到櫃台說我有預約10:00。櫃台拿了我的身份證一直說我沒預約。後來發現我是來申請補助的。就說:「你沒有預約，我看到你的資料了!」然後就把我的資料都拿去影印，拿一堆資料要我寫，就抽號碼牌，到臨櫃去有一位先生幫我解釋完，辦完就可以走了!!!
請問那為什麼要預約還一直強調不能遲到。怎麼看都像不用預約就可以來了啊！
還有我在寫資料時，我就是想慢慢寫啊！櫃台服務人員一直過來嫌我寫太慢，第二次口氣還很不好連旁邊的人都轉過來看是怎樣?還跟我說:「你早點寫完就可以早點回去」我就想慢慢寫!!我沒有要早點回去啊！我一整天都沒事!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 公務員都閒置的狀態卻要勞工事先預約。處處刁難。態度惡劣。申請好的文件交出去時慢吞吞的。拖到下班時間到了；還不肯讓你帶回花了老半天填寫的資料；執意要你填自行撤回的理由。一看理由都是一但勾選任一項就無法再申請了。寫其他理由。為怕民眾檢舉還硬要你寫上自行撤件。不知道是勞基法有名無實亦或最後關頭的小姐不想做事；勞工被資遣已經夠可憐了⋯⋯還被如此嚇嚇
